Placing tax exempt orders:
 
If you choose to use tax exempt status, you may call in your order 616-262-3862.
These orders come to my personal cell phone.  If I do not answer, please leave your name, number and a time to reach you. I will personally call you back and take the required information:
  • Your organization's name and EIN/Tax Exemption ID Number.
  • Items you would like to order.
  • Phone number, physical address and email address.

I will create an invoice without tax and send it via email. 
Payment may be made through the mail by check/money order or by credit card/Paypal.
Orders are processed once information and payment is received.
